Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB), in partnership with the Welsh Government and the Home Office, is expanding its Displaced Talent Programme into Wales.
TBB’s mission is to connect skilled refugees with global employment opportunities, helping to bridge talent gaps and increase workforce diversity.
A launch webinar is scheduled for 4 December 2024, from 10:00 to 11:30, offering an opportunity to learn about TBB’s initiatives and hear how the programme will partner with Welsh industries such as healthcare, construction, legal services, green skills, and education to provide skills placements.
Attendees will also gain insight into the challenges displaced professionals face, TBB’s global impact, and inspiring success stories.
