A PR and marketing conference aimed at empowering charities to enhance their brand promotion efforts returns for its fifth instalment in November.
Organised by award-winning agency Outwrite PR, bookings to the free all-day event are now open, with speakers from the RNLI and Petty Pool confirmed.
The North Wales-based agency will be welcoming further industry experts to provide valuable tips and advice to help charities be more effective with PR and marketing, as well as learn the latest techniques and best practices.
Topics will include creative storytelling, digital communications, and crisis communications, with a panel event providing attendees with the chance to ask burning questions.
Nadia McKane, head of marketing and fundraising at Petty Pool, a specialist education provider for young adults with learning disabilities, will be joined by RNLI’s regional media manager Danielle Rush as two of the guest speakers.
Outwrite’s conference was first run in 2019 as part of the agency’s 25th anniversary celebrations, and following positive feedback, the company now runs the event annually.
This year’s event will take place on Thursday 14 November at Cambria Business School, Northop, and will run from 9.30am to 4pm.
Outwrite news and content manager Tom Norris said:
“We know from previous feedback how impactful this conference is for attendees, so we are grateful to the speakers for giving their time to share their thoughts and wisdom.
“We understand the time, resources, and skills pressures charities are trying to overcome, and hopefully the topics of the day will be of huge benefit.”
The agency’s office manager Jill Lloyd added:
“It’s always an exciting moment launching ticket bookings, and it’s telling that we always see a raft of sign-ups in the first couple of days.
“A lot of planning goes into the conference and we’re on the exciting final leg of the journey finalising details and promoting the event.”
Places are limited, and anyone wishing to book a ticket can do so here.
The announcement comes as the agency welcomed Sophia Thomas as account executive alongside new contract wins and securing additional work from existing clients.
Outwrite’s clients include construction firm Wynne Construction, Jones Bros Civil Engineering UK, Warrington-based Watsons Solicitors, and Xplore! Science Discovery Centre.
The agency specialises in integrated PR, crisis PR and online reputation management.
